To those people which already woke up and want to be a leader. I am doing nothing except just staring at my small white laptop.

Everybody needs a big smile every day. Smile every time you wake up in the morning, smile every time you see your friends, smile every time you face problems. We often hear that smile big is power but this statement is only half truth. Smile big is power only when you put in use. In action.

Why some intelligent people are failures. Hmm. In many cases, we heard that some brilliant people failed in their job, their marriage and their life. They are really smart people and good in doing things done. They cannot be a leader, they are divorcing and they don’t know how to enjoy their life.

This is because they don’t know how to use the big smile power. Remember, the thinking that guides your intelligent is much more important than how much intelligence you have. If you do not smile to others, you spread only the negative things about you. Smiling won’t cause you even a penny. Smiling is free, people like to be around you and people like you.

You don’t need to be a genius in order to make people like you. You don’t need to be a genius in order to be a leader. You don’t need to a genius to success in your life. Yes it is so true. See people around you, many of them graduated in good university but still an average guy. They do not have the charismas. They only have their brains. Of course there are few characteristic to be a leader but start with the easiest one first. Smile. It turns people upside down. Smile big.
